Bernice Adams Memorial Awards Night

 

Friday, May 27, 2011 marks the 29th anniversary of the Annual Bernice Adams Memorial Awards Night.  This is an evening to celebrate those whose contributions to Arts and Culture have made Cambridge a better place to live and work.  Nominations are made in the following categories:  Performing Arts, Communications/Literary Arts, Music, Visual Arts, Outstanding Youth and a Special Trustees Award.  If you know of a deserving Cambridge resident, please nominate them.  Forms are available at www.cambridge.ca or via email: artcentre@cambridge.ca

 

 

The Cambridge Arts Guild and Art Attic Committee is organizing a Silent Auction Art Sale of "previously appreciated" works of art.  We are looking for donations of artwork:  originals, framed posters, reproductions, pottery, jewellery, or any hand crafted items.  Donations may be dropped off at the Cambridge Centre for the Arts:  tax receipt options are available (please inquire Cambridge Centre for the Arts at 519.740.4681, ext. 4376 or artcentre@cambridge.ca).  Held at the Cambridge Centre for the Arts from Thursday, June 16 to Saturday, June 18, 2011.
